Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
In the event the problem cannot be resolved through replacement, we will issue a refund or exchange. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
You can simply mail us back the unwanted item(s) within 30 days for a refund to the address listed in our return policy page.
EXCHANGE
If your apparel item is too small or too large, upon purchase of the corrected size, we offer a one-time courtesy, postage paid return, for the item you are sending back. We will issue a refund for the original item once the item is received.
If a refund only, is preferred, then the return for refund process applies (customer pays for return shipping).
Circumstances ELIGIBLE for Refund or Exchange
- Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
- Incorrect size/color.
ALL RETURNS MUST:
- Have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Have NO damage or stains
- Items with tags, must have all tags attached.
- Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.
Although we do strive to process all returns within 3-5 days. It can take up to 10 business days. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will ONLY be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. We do not notify when we have received the return. Please keep all receipt/tracking number to track the package’s status.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
